Dare to Date respects the law of 8 December 1992 for the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended by the Act of 11 December 1998 (Belgian Official Gazette of 3 February 1999).
2. Your personal data
If you wish to register for an event of Dare to date, you must enter your personal data. The following personal data is required to register for an event:
- Last and first name
- City and country
- Birth date
- Phone number
You also give Dare to Date permission to keep you informed about the reserved event and other upcoming events that may be of interest to you.
4. Confidential processing of your personal data
Dare to Date never transmits your personal data (name, address, e-mail, telephone number) to third parties without your explicit consent.
5. Visual material
Dare to Date reserves the right to make photo / video material at their events. By registering on this you expressly agree that this image material can be used for promotional purposes on social media. Dare to date prevents itself from making known the identity of the people who are recorded on visual material.
